GFAVIP Member Driven Events
Are you a current GFAVIP member and want to organize an event for the GFA community?
We are opening up our systems and community team to help our GFAVIP members create engaging and fun events for the community.
Here’s how it works:
Pick a format
What is the style of the event you would like to do ? We are a cross border trade community, so we are looking for events that would be attractive to these kinds of people in the community.
We can help with setting up the event, arranging the technology, poster, and promotion in our community and social channels. You are also encouraged to share this to your personal network and various channels.
Here are some options:
01. Learning about ecommerce and international trade
02. Sharing about a business opportunity in the industry that you are getting into.
03. Looking for business partners and distributors with your product in new markets or new opportunities
04. Loadpipe B2B social selling - we can promote your product or brand to find new partners and get wholesale sales and arrange a group buy.
Pick a day and time
We need at least 2 weeks advance notice to properly set this up and get it announced to our community.
We usually recommend these 2 times:
01. Morning Asia time (evening in Americas, deep at night in Europe)
02. Evening Asia time (afternoon in Europe, extremely early in Americas)
For days, we recommend middle of the week, Tuesday, Wednesday, maybe Thursday.
Event is Posted - Let’s Get The Word Out

Now the fun part - we get the word out and start to share with the community.
It will be posted on events.globalfromasia.com and have its own unique URL you can share out.
People will be registering - both for the GFAVIP member personal networking room (members only), as well as for the live stream on social media (free member)
Then the event happens!
We can have our community team work with you during the event to help with moderating, even co-hosting.
